Privacy policy

DialFlow is built so that there is almost nothing to protect: your numbers, your settings and your licence stay on your phone. This page explains exactly what is stored, what is not, and the one network request the app makes.

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. What DialFlow stores on your device

All of this lives in the app's private storage on your phone. If Android's automatic backup is enabled on your device, these app settings may be included in your own Google backup — that backup goes to your Google account, not to us, and we have no access to it.

2. What DialFlow does not collect

3. Call state, and why the app needs it

To dial a list automatically, DialFlow has to know what the phone is doing: whether a call is being placed, whether it connected, and whether it has ended. For that it reads the phone's live call state (idle, ringing, off-hook) while a session is running.

That is the full extent of it. Reading the call state is not the same as reading your call log: the app cannot see who you called previously, for how long, or what was discussed, and it stores no audio.

4. The one network request: the trial IP lookup

When the free trial starts, the app makes a single request to ipify.org to look up the public IP address your phone is on. That address is hashed (SHA-256, combined with a fixed app string) and the hash is stored on the device.

The purpose is narrow: to stop the same free trial being restarted indefinitely on the same connection. The address itself is not stored, not sent to us, and not used for anything else. The request goes to ipify.org, whose own privacy terms apply to it.

If the lookup fails — no internet, for example — the trial still starts; it is simply not recorded against an IP hash.

5. Payments

DialFlow Pro is paid for by UPI, in your own UPI app, directly to the UPI ID published on the pricing section. Payment therefore happens between you and your bank or UPI app.

6. Messages you send us

If you message us on WhatsApp or email, we receive whatever you type and attach — typically a payment screenshot and a device code. That conversation lives in your messaging app and our inbox. We use it to issue your licence and to answer your question, and nothing else.

7. Deleting your data

Uninstalling DialFlow removes the list, the settings, the trial state and the licence from your phone. There is nothing left on any server of ours to delete, because nothing was ever sent to one.

If you want us to delete the messages you sent us, email nayanprakash90@gmail.com and we will.

8. Children

DialFlow is a business utility and is not directed at children. It is not intended for use by anyone under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, this page will be updated and the date at the top changed. Continued use of a current version of the app means you accept the current policy.

10. Contact

Questions about privacy: nayanprakash90@gmail.com, or WhatsApp +91 81024 97920.

Short version: your list stays on your phone, there is no account and no tracking, and the only time the app touches the network is one IP lookup to start the trial.
