Terms of use
These terms cover your use of the DialFlow Android app and any licence key issued for it. By installing DialFlow or activating a licence, you agree to them.

1. What you are buying
DialFlow Pro is licensed to you, not sold. One licence key unlocks the app version it was issued for, on one device, for the period stated on the key.
- Monthly and Yearly keys run for their stated period (31 and 366 days) and then simply stop. Nothing renews on its own and no payment is taken automatically.
- Lifetime keys do not expire and include future updates to the app.
2. One device per key
Each key is generated for a single device code, which DialFlow shows you in the app. The same key will not activate on a different phone, and keys are personal. Because keys are cryptographically bound to a device code and may be revoked without refund if they are shared, resold or published.
If you replace your phone, message us and we will move your licence to the new device.
3. The free trial
The trial lasts 24 hours from the first time the app is opened, and gives you full use of the app. Starting the trial makes one request to ipify.org so the same trial can't be restarted on the same connection — see the privacy policy.
4. Payment, pricing and refunds
Payment is made by UPI, directly to the UPI ID published on our pricing section, and licence keys are issued manually after we receive your payment screenshot and device code.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change in future; the price you were quoted before paying is the price that applies to you.
- Because a key is delivered digitally and immediately, payments cannot be refunded once a key has been issued. The full position, including what we will fix, is in the refund policy.
- If you are due a refund, we return it to the same UPI handle the payment came from.
5. Updates
We may release new versions of the app. Installing an update is optional, though old versions stop working once a licence period ends or if a security fix makes an old build unsafe. Updates are signed with the same key as the version you installed, so Android checks that they genuinely come from us.
6. Acceptable use
DialFlow dials numbers automatically. That makes you responsible for how it's used:
- Call only people who can reasonably expect to hear from you, and respect do-not-call requests, opt-outs and local telemarketing rules.
- Don't use the app for harassment, threats, impersonation, fraud, or to route calls that are illegal where you or the recipient are located.
- Recording a call may require the other person's consent in your jurisdiction — DialFlow does not record calls and provides no recording feature.
- Don't attempt to bypass licence checks, share keys, or redistribute the app.
7. No warranty
DialFlow is provided "as is". It dials the numbers you give it on a timer and cannot tell a voicemail, an engaged tone or a wrong number from a real conversation, so do not rely on it to interpret call outcomes. We don't promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the app will work with every device, carrier or SIM configuration.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to DialFlow is limited to the amount you paid for your current licence. We are not liable for lost sales, lost leads, missed calls, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app.
9. Ending this agreement
You may stop using DialFlow at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence without refund if these terms are broken — for example, if keys are shared or published, or the app is used to harass people.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
